The BERG Basic AF pedal go kart is a high-quality
kart, with forward and reverse movement, in Silver/Black
or Blue/Red. The Basic cart is Berg's entry-level basic
pedal cart, but still great fun to drive, and very long
lasting. As with all Berg go karts, the Basic AF comes with
a 5-year warranty on the frame. |

This is a "stripped"
down version of Berg's mid-range cars. While the Berg
includes everything required for a great driving experience,
it does away with some of the "nice to haves, but not
essentials", such as a pivoting front axel (not necessary
for reasonably smooth terrain). What you do get, though,
is a very strong and robust cart that is fun to ride,
at a very competitive price. The ZF gearbox gives you
a forward and reverse gear, and freewheeling (which means
when you are going along, you can stop pedalling, as on
a bicycle). The appropriate forward or reverse gear is
selected automatically depending on whether you start
to pedal forwards or backwards from rest. For more information,
